Lycée Français Prins Henrik, a member of the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce, is hiring a Communications Officer, ambassador of the school.
Located in the heart of Frederiksberg, the school welcomes more than 800 students from nursery school to sixth form in a multicultural and stimulating environment. A member of the AEFE network, it follows French programmes and prepares students for Danish exams. Its history is rooted in Franco-Danish ties since 1954, and HRH Princess Marie has been protector of the Lycée since June 2024.
Your mission
At the heart of school life, you are the voice, the face, and the link between the school and its community. You lead internal and external communication, develop the school's reputation, and help unite students, families, staff, and partners around a strong and coherent identity.
Your responsibilities
- Represent the school across all communication channels and materials
- Lead internal communication and support the Management team during key moments
- Build connections with families: newsletters, official announcements, surveys, and key messages
- Bring the school to life online: website, social media, storytelling, photography, and video
- Promote activities and events before, during, and after
- Create modern content and master content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express)
- Contribute to the medium and long term communication strategy
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or equivalent
- Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of effective messaging
- Very good command of French, Danish, and English
- Solid experience in multichannel communication and project management
- Creative, curious, proactive, organized, and comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution
