Greenwashing on Trial: a mock courtroom, staged with CBS French Culture, where you help decide the verdict.

Can a brand really call itself "climate neutral"? 
On Wednesday 18 November, the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce turns its flagship annual conference at Copenhagen Business School into a live courtroom, organised in partnership with CBS French Culture, the association of French students at CBS.

Fjordlin A/S, a fictional clothing brand, stands accused of greenwashing under the European Union's new EmpCo Directive. A prosecution and a defence will argue the case live before the room, and expert witnesses will take the stand.

The verdict is in the hands of the CBS students: CBS French Culture opens the trial and forms the jury that decides Fjordlin's fate.

Testifying as expert witnesses: TÜV SÜD, Grant Thornton and EcoTree, with more member companies to be announced. The trial closes with a networking cocktail.
