HR Committee @ L'Oréal HQ!
On Friday December 13, the HR Committee had the great pleasure to visit L'Oréal Headquarters for a meeting about AI in HR. During the meeting, the committee learned about the AI strategy and use of L'Oréal and how AI is impacts HR. Christoffer Vildershøj, Head of Consumer Engagement L'Oréal Nordics, presented GenAI and the use within the organisation and the general trends, while Norma Taylor-Ladousse, CMO Talent Acquisition L'Oréal, explained the impact of AI on HR practices and talent acquisition for the group.
