Life Science Committee meeting @ Hays

On Wednesday September 24, the Life Science Committee met for the second time since its creation just before the summer. The meeting took place at Hays fantastic location on Kongens Nytorv in the center of Copenhagen, and the members discussed the complexities of talent attraction and retention in the Life Science industry here in Denmark - as well as with a perspective on the Nordic region. Additionally, they discussed how to approach the pay transparency directive internally, including what that means when attracting and hiring new talent.

Thank you very much to Linus Norrbom and Hays for leading the discussion with interesting facts, research, and experiences, and to chairwoman Pia Møller-San Pedro for leading the group.

We look forward to many more fruitful and interesting meetings where the members can share and discuss current topics that they encounter in the Life Science industry.
