New company member: Kopper Legal
Kopper is a law firm with a global expertise in French and international labour law, international mobility, international and French tax, corporate tax and business law. Based in Toulouse, the firm is made up of 3 partners (Thomas Fernandez-Boni, Sandra Thiry and Lionel Agossou), 4 counsels and a dozen of associates.
The firm's aim is to be both a strategic and operational partner, designing and managing efficient solutions to facilitate decision-making and optimize its customers' competitiveness. With its open outlook, Kopper has proven know-how in handling international projects, and assists its clients on a daily basis in the development of their business. The firm can rely on a global presence via an international network of partners.
Kopper has a physical presence in the Nordic region ( Helsinki) thanks to its Franco-Finnish partner Thomas Fernandez-Boni , who has developed a special expertise for French companies wishing to expand their activities in the Nordic region, and for Nordic companies wishing to invest in France.
The firm has built up long-standing and trusting relationships with local partners in the Nordic region and has set up a Kopper Nordic French Desk, made up of Hedman Partners in Finland, Hellström in Sweden, Skau Reipurth in Denmark and Best Friends in Norway. In the region, on top of being a member of the french Danish chamber, Kopper is also a member of the French-Finnish, French-Swedish and French-Norwegian Chambers of Commerce, and maintains close ties with Business France Nordics.
Finally, Kopper is part of the Global Business Lawyers Alliance, an international network of law firms, which includes more than 40 independent firms around the world, comprising almost 2,000 lawyers, and covering more than 55 jurisdiction. Being a member of this alliance enables Kopper to support French and Nordic companies in their projects all over the world with reliable and responsive local partners.
