Startup/Entrepreneur of the year -Award ceremony 2018
In April, the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce welcomed almost 100 guests to the French Embassy in Copenhagen in an event co-hosted by the two.
Out of the 10 highly qualified applications received, the jury found the winner (Tomorrow) of the second “Start-up/Entrepreneur of the year” in partnership with Atos. Through their use of statistical algorithms and machine learning to extract insights, Tomorrow is paving the way to a low-carbon electric world.
The French Ambassador to Denmark, François Zimeray, along with the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Anders Torbøl, gave the introductory speech, followed by an exciting presentation by Peter Vermehren-Poulsen, the Country Manager Denmark at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S about digital transformation, incl. Big Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Digital Workplace. Additional presentations were given by Daniel Bachmann, Group CEO & Founding Partner of IoT Denmark,and Valérie-Anne Dembour, Commercial Director, Scandinavia of Designers & Friends - Vente-Exclusive.com - perfectly suited for the entrepreneurial spirit of the event.

After the speeches, our sponsor Les Grands Chais de France offered a cocktail and the floor was opened for networking between the guests from the Danish-French community.
