HR Committee How to attract talents
The 13th of March, we held our first annual HR committee at BloxHub.
20 members had signed up to this meeting with the theme “how to attract Talents in Denmark?”.
The committee was co-chaired by Ulrik Fleisher-Michaelsen and Alexis Philippon.
During the meeting, guest speakers shared we had several interesting presentations and insights:
- First of all, Vibe Puggard, Hays Recruitment, gave the introduced the meeting and set the scene for further discussions with key market trends
- Secondly, we welcomed Dan Rosenberg, Copenhagen Capacity, who introduced explained how they help companies in the challenge of toattract challenge Talents
- Finally, CEGID Talentsoft, Line Christiansen and Gunilla Mejer Hjelm, explained presented how modern technology can help making talent attraction more efficient
After the presentations, the participants exchanged on their best practices and held a rich discussion on the theme.
