Job offer Key Account Manager Denmark (M/F)

YOUR PLAYING FIELD WILL BE…
The mission is to develop Grand Chais de France sales through its international brands and domains with your customers (only B to B). To take care of existing importers Ontrade, Off trade, Online. Based in Denmark, ideally around Copenhague.
1/ Apply the business strategy established by the Country Manager and the Executive Commercial Director on your area:
● Build and develop the product range strategy
● Promote Leaders, Challengers and domains brands
● Establish priority objectives: quality and quantity wise
● Make sure the price and business policies are respected
● Initiate and launch and overview marketing campaigns
2/ Submit product range according to the concerning market with a GCF perspective:
● Understand the customer, its portfolios, find the gap in its range and the good product positioning
● Elaborate tailor made solutions for the customers
● Optimize the product priority within customer’s portfolio and negotiate product listings
● Be proactive in order to promote your district
● Have good relation with the different group departments (marketing, customer service, oenologues …) to optimize and make the product range grow
3/ Build good and long relationship with customers:
● Know who they are and who are they working with
● Be aware of the our customers decision process
● Maintain a permanent lobbying toward decision makers (bring proof from our product performance and know-how
4/ Manage the relationship with customers:
● Negotiate trades, listings and promotional tools
● Follow up the negotiation from an administrative point of view (listing, promotion, budget, reporting)
● Independently prepare products for sale in customers digital interface
● Manage and find solutions to payment delay or quality problems
● Prospect to reach new targets
5/ Organize customers meeting, visits, tasting:
● Choose and announce meeting’s agenda
● Prepare and gather the necessary documents
● Write the final meeting report
6/ Comply with customer’s administrative requirements
● Independently care for product administration
● Alongside Country Manager care for compliance (legal, CSR etc)
● Independently manage business systems and customer portals to collect, enter and update information
YOU ARE OUR NEXT GRAND CRU IF…
● You have a higher Technician Diploma – Bachelor in Sales or Business School
● You have a previous experience as Sales Manager or Key account Manager
● You have minimum 2 years experience on the Danish wine Market (Off trade and/or Ontrade channel)
● You have a client consciousness and their way of behaving (market data, economic data, …)
● You speak Danish and English / French would be an advantage
● You use Google Tools and/Or Microsoft : Excel / Powerpoint
● You have a global market vision and trends
● You have sales techniques and management skills
● You know how to organize and have sense of responsibilities and confidentiality
You have a constructive spirit and proactivity
● You have interest in Wine and Spirit / WSET is a plus
You have leadership and are a challenger, Calm in front of pressure, relational qualities et are flexible
