About Fairytales Hoteliers & Restaurants in France & Denmark:
French-Danish inspired kitchen at the Boutique Hotel Postgaarden between Kolding and Esbjerg. Our little restaurant Det Blå Tog (Le Train Bleu) serves french inspired food with french regional wine selections.
Check-in to our four poster bed & bathtub hotel suites with no door number. Each room has a story from our world. Out of Africa grand suite, Emperor Haile Selassie suite or Hemingway. Fairytale HCA suite. Our building “Tinghus1846” welcome you to a heritage stay. Judge Suite or the Prison suite. All in all 18 “conte de fee” suites on the square in Holsted.

Our new fine dining mansion - the heritage site ´Estrup Hovedgaard´ along the old national route 1 from Copenhagen to Esbjerg - located west of Vejen city..
