Flexibility
Air France and KLM now makes it possible for customers to change or even cancel the booking until one day before departure. Full flexibility allows the customers to:
- change their bookings, date or destination
- request a voucher for future travel
- request a full cash refund

Flying blue campaign
Until December 2020 all Flying Blue members will benefit from a double up XP’s and Miles campaign on all Air France and KLM flights. This is also valid for new Flying Blue members. If not already a member the enrolment can easily be done via the following link: Enrol Flying Blue
