Apéritif à la française in Copenhagen, June 9th - 18th.
The fifth edition of Apéritif à la française in Copenhagen presents two highlights: a covered market open during two days to the general public and a French week in restaurants of the Danish capital.
The French market
At the heart of « Torvehallerne », Copenhagen’s culinary center, visitors will have the opportunity to taste samples in exchange for tokens, and buy products directly on the stands. Under the big marquee, the stands will be hosted by importers and distributors of French products and some of the stands will be designed as themed bars.
Visitors can also partake in a picnic in a convivial outdoor area, enjoying the entertainment offered (music, caricatures drawn by the artist Thierry Cappezzone).
Opening hours: The market is open from 10 to 20 on Friday 9/6 and 10 to 18 on Saturday 10/6th. Tasting kit: You will be able to purchase a total tasting kit for DKK 100 consisting of a Holmegård tasting glass and 4 tokens for tasting of 4 glasses of wine or other products from the hives.
French week in the restaurants
Nearly 45 partner restaurants will offer a French menu over a week. From 11th to 18nd June 2017, the partner restaurants will serve, for an attractive price of DKK 250, a glass of Crémant d'Alsace with appetizers, and a three course meal.
