HR Committee @ TotalEnergies
On Monday April 28 our HR Committee met at TotalEnergies Headquarters in Copenhagen to discuss pay transparency and to share insights into how to approach this very current and complex topic. As companies are preparing to meet the EU directive requirements on pay transparency, this topic is increasingly relevant. Thank you for a productive and informative discussion to all of the participants of the committee, and thank you in particular to Christel Collin, Head of Compensation and Benefits & International Mobility at TotalEnergies, and Joe Allen, Head of HR, TCS Denmark, for presenting the significant progress of TotalEnergies within pay transparency and hosting the meeting at their premises, and to Alexis Philippon, Chairman of the Committee and HR Director Nordic at L’Oréal, and Magnus Nilsson, Nordic Compensation & Benefits Director at L’Oréal, for presenting their strategy and forward thinking approach.
