Alstom has been awarded major train contract to deliver "Trains of the Future" in Denmark

Alstom have won the largest train contract in the history of Denmark on the 12th of April 2021 –  that DSB calls "Trains of the Future". The large framework agreement includes a base order of 100 trains to be delivered to DSB. In addition to the delivery of the trains, the contract also includes a Full Service Agreement of 30 years.

Emmanuel Henry, Managing Director for Alstom Denmark says:
”We are incredibly happy that we have been entrusted with the task of delivering the Train of the Future to Denmark. With our train Coradia Stream, passengers will experience a modern, high-quality electric train. It is an reliable train that combines innovation, sustainability and high comfort for passengers in the best possible way.”
