The Danish-French Chamber of Commerce and Business France are pleased to invite you to attend a round-table event on the topic:
“How to manage and motivate millennial workers?”
on Thursday 8 November, from 5 to 7 pm, at the French Embassy.
Millennials, also called Y and Z generations, are a growing part of the workforce and have introduced new behaviours in organisations. What are their key features and expectations at work? How to integrate them in teams with employees from older generations?...
Come and get inspired by our speakers, who will share their knowledge and experience in a round-table discussion:
- Mikkel Ipsen, Head of Human Resources at Total Denmark
- Gitte Rasmussen, HR Director Scandinavia at Sephora
- Helle Ankersen, HR Manager Denmark at Alstom Transport
To put the debate into perspective, Morten Andersen, Business Director at Hays Denmark and Chairman of the Educational Committee at Copenhagen Business, will provide his expertise in the field of recruiting and retaining young talents.
Young professionals will enrich the discussions by bringing their testimony: Marion Attaoui, V.I.E at Parfums Christian Dior and Victor Bloch, professional speaker.
Business France will also shortly present the International Volunteer Programme (VIE), enabling young European professionals to get short-term contracts abroad in French company subsidiaries.
Programme:
16.45 – 17.00: Welcome of participants
17.00 – 18.00: Presentation and round-table discussion, introduced by the French Ambassador, a former HR manager
18.00 – 19.00: Cocktail offered by the Chamber and Business France, with the generous contribution of Les Grands Chais de France and Le groupe Bel.
