IT committee at Danske Bank
On Wednesday 27th of November, the IT Committee was welcomed by Danske Bank at their beautiful new Headquarters on Bernstorffsgade. Claes Braad Pedersen, Senior Banker at Danske Bank, and Nicolaj Gudbergsen, Head of GenAI, Technology & Services at Danske Bank, presented the GenAI strategy of the bank and their thoughts on how it is already used across their organization as well as how they envision it in the future.
The Committee shared and discussed their perspectives of internal use of GenAI and the challenges and opportunities that come with the development, such as learning how to effectively use prompts and risk management.”
