New company member - Melt Restaurant
We are delighted to welcome MELT as a new member of the Danish-French Chamber of Commerce, bringing a generous taste of the French Alps to Copenhagen.
MELT is a new French restaurant in Copenhagen dedicated to the simple pleasure of melted cheese. Located in Carlsberg Byen, MELT brings raclette and fondue to the Copenhagen dining scene,combining Alpine traditions with a warm, contemporar y atmosphere.
At the table, cheese is the experience. Youcan choose between a piece of raclette cheese, melted and scraped directly onto your plate, or a fondue ser ved in a pot at the centre of the table, ready to be dipped and shared.
Both are generous, interactive and made tobe enjoyed at your own pace, with each guest building their own plate. It is a little playful, always social and unapologetically indulgent.
Alongside these two signatures, the menualso features a selection of traditional French favourites, from starters to charcuterie. And for those who still have room after all that cheese, there is always a homemade dessert of the moment to finish things on a sweet note.
MELT is about good food, good wine andgood company, with a little more cheese than usual.
