YDFCC Event at L'Oréal
Thursday the 24th of November, we had the pleasure of organising an exciting event for our members of the Young Danish-French Chamber of Commerce and VIE. They were all invited to visit the beautiful office of L’Oréal and listen to an interesting presentation about one of the most successful French companies in the beauty industry.
With their admirable CSR strategy, L’Oréal focus on three key areas – the planet, the people and their products. They are committed to helping where they can and some of their initiatives have a huge impact on the people in need of a helping hand.
After the presentation, L’Oréal had generously prepared food and drinks for the networking cocktail where the young members could mingle and exchange thoughts with the people from L’Oréal.
We would like to thank L’Oréal for welcoming us in their offices at Havneholmen and for sharing their views on L’Oréal’s place in the beauty industry as well as their commitments to helping people and the environment.
We would also like to give a special thanks to the four speakers Anne Svaneborg, Alexis Philippon, Miguel Hernando Vigil and Jeanett Thiesen, who each gave a fascinating presentation on different aspects of the company and the initiatives they have implemented in order to live up to their motto of “Beauty that moves the world”.
It was the highest attendance we have ever had at an event organised for the YDFCC, and we loved seeing so many curious and interested young members of the Chamber! Thank you all for your participation.
