HR Committee Meeting on Hybrid Work Practices

On Monday 26th of January 2026, the HR Committee of the Franco-Danish Chamber of Commerce met at L’Oréal’s Nordic offices for a session dedicated to home office and hybrid work policies and practices.

The meeting was led by Arnaud Vautier, HR Director Nordics at L’Oréal, who facilitated the discussions and shared insights into L’Oréal’s approach to hybrid working. The session encouraged an open and constructive exchange, allowing participants to compare practices, address current challenges and reflect on the future of flexible work models across organisations.

The Chamber warmly thanks Arnaud Vautier and L’Oréal for hosting the meeting, as well as all participants for their active involvement and valuable contributions to the discussion.
