Relocare has also launched an APP for Social Security application for compliance.
Social Security App secure compliance on employee’s business trips. It uses the geo location on the phone and can control the process and the underlying data for all EU / EEA countries for A1 and the Posted Workers Directive.
We have seen that the two EU directives for social security & posted workers impose huge problems for companies. All business travelers must carry an approved A1 certificate for social security coverage in EU. All employees working in an EU country (from one day business trip) must register both company and employee before the work begins. Fines are 5000€ per person plus a possible demand for social security payment in the visiting country. Relocare has established own IT-department in 2021 and we have onboarded huge clients who are very pleased with the user friendliness of the App and the compliance overview and tools it gives HR.
