We are preparing our iconic annual Gala Dinner, this year taking place on Wednesday November 12, 2025 at Langelinie Pavillonen. You are all invited to join this special evening!

Nestled along Copenhagen's picturesque harborfront, Langelinie Pavillonen is one of Denmark’s most iconic venues. Stay tuned to learn more about the guests of honour in the coming days. 

During this evening we will celebrate the great relationship between France and Denmark, after a full day of conference sessions on this very topic - read more about the full day program here and the conferences only here. If you purchase a seat at the gala, your participation as a guest at the conference is free of charge. 

We will gather at the lovely Langelinie Pavillonen where we will also celebrate with our Export Prizes and Committee Awards ceremonies in a festive and prestigious setting overlooking Copenhagen’s harbor.

The participation price for the gala is 980 DKK per person (including free ticket for the conference). Maximum 2 tickets per member.

For information, cancellation after October 30 will carry a cancellation fee of the full amount of participation.
