Relocare is happy to present 3 new employees:
Carl-Fredrik Sundström is new CMO at Relocare Group, with responsibility for Denmark, Sweden, and Europe. He brings over 25 years of international leadership experience across multiple industries and has spent the past 15 years specializing in global mobility.
Carl-Fredrik has worked closely with clients worldwide to design, implement, and lead global mobility programs, combining strategic insight with hands-on experience. Driven by a strong passion for people and cultures, he is known for his curiosity, practical mindset, and commitment to quality and meaningful solutions. Carl-Fredric is Swedish and started in Relocare Sweden in October 2025 and in Relocare Denmark in January 2026
Mikkel Greisen brings a solid background in international taxation and cross-border mobility to Relocare. He holds a diploma in taxation and has several years of experience with the global tax principle and taxable assets, shares, bitcoins etc. working at the Danish Tax Agency. This has brought him a unique insight into how tax systems operate from both the authorities’ and the taxpayers’ perspectives. This foundation, combined with his in-depth knowledge of Danish tax regulations, including schemes relevant to internationally mobile employees, allows him to effectively support companies and individuals relocating to Denmark. His background enables him to help ensure smooth tax compliance and reduce risks in complex cross-border situations. Mikkel started at Relocare in August 2025
Jeanne Joergensen brings a strong legal background in corporate and personal taxation with a focus on international tax matters and global mobility. She is a qualified lawyer with many years of experience advising both private companies and public authorities, including work with international taxation at PwC and with Danish authorities on tax administration, rulings, appeals, and cross-border transactions. Jeanne has an international profile shaped by her education and professional experience across several countries, giving her a deep understanding of both legal frameworks and cultural considerations. This background enables her to effectively support companies and individuals navigating Danish legislation and complex international tax situations. Jeanne started in Relocare in September 2025
