FULL FLEXIBILITY
The full flexibility on the Air France & KLM tickets continues.
For all tickets booked before 28 February 2022 with a travel start before 30 June 2022, it is possible to change the date or the destination for free or even cancel and get full refund if that is the choice. This gives passengers the possibility to book their tickets with peace in mind.
SUSTAINABILITY
Air France and KLM is now including Sustainable Aviation Contribution on all tickets, with a departure from or transit in France and the Netherlands. The airline group want to set a new standard for sustainable aviation, while speeding up the road towards a more sustainable aviation industry.
Air France KLM want to be a frontrunner in bringing a fundamental change for more sustainable aviation, in line with our climate and SAF ambitions, the reason why we implement a SAF contribution. In this way, we set a new standard for travellers in which customers automatically opt in for a small contribution to SAF when choosing to fly with us.
Sustainable Aviation Fuel is one of the most efficient ways to reduce emissions from flying as it can cut the emissions as much as 75 %. However, currently the amount of SAF used on a global scale is very low. In order to change this, Air France and KLM have launched new initiatives to turn things around.
