WoCom at Schneider Electric
On Monday September 14, WoCom met with the Women in Growth (WIG) community at Schneider Electric DK and heard from their CFO, Merethe Skogli.
The Monday morning event was an inspirational collective sharing between the two groups. After a lovely breakfast, curtesy of Schneider Electric, both WoCom and WIG briefly introduced their communities to each other.
Afterwards, we were fortunate to have an insightful and well reflected presentation by Merethe Skogli, CFO, on her own career path, on Schneider Electric's development in diversity on all levels (with impressive results over the past few years), on innovation and what a new era of technology means for a company in the forefront of digitalization and energy, and on how good and efficient leadership can have many different facets.
This all led to an active Q&A session, and a subsequent networking between the groups, where many topics where discussed based on each participants own experiences and insights.
