HR Committee at BLOX 27th of September!

The HR Committee met on September 27 to discuss talent attraction and retention based on data sets from Universum...

On Friday September 27, the HR Committee had a great morning meeting at BLOX despite some very rough weather. The bravest made it to the meeting and had a very interesting presentation by Jesper Dansholm, managing director of Universum, followed by a lively discussion

The topic of the meeting was talent attraction and retention, and based on the data from Universum, the committee discussed different perspectives to account for in both hiring processes and retention strategies. The changes in trends and company rankings from primarily students provided a good basis for the discussion.

Thank you to Alexis Philippon, chairman of the committee, for leading the meeting and to Jesper Dansholm for the great presentation.

We are looking forward to the next meeting in December at the beautiful L’Oréal HQ!

See below for pictures of the meeting.
