WoCom Tivoli visit with CEO Susanne Mørch Koch on March 17
On Tuesday March 17, the Women’s Committee had the great honor of being hosted at Nimb for an inspiring afternoon session by Susanne Mørch Koch, CEO of the iconic cultural heritage: Tivoli Gardens.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to explore key topics related to strategy, leadership, and organisational development. Susanne introduced Tivoli’s journey over the past years, through Covid to now, while also sharing insights from her own career path. Discussions in the group focused on Tivoli’s strategic direction and choices, employee retention and safety, as well as its ambition to always innovate but also remain a historic cultural heritage site in Copenhagen - all the while operating within defined spatial constraints. Additionally, the Committee members were curious about Susanne's journey as a women in the C-suite, leading to honest and open reflections among the group.
The session concluded with a networking hour, offering participants the opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and further strengthen professional ties in an exceptional setting.
